These are the terms of use for TwoSide. Using the site means you agree to them.

Playing

The games are free for personal use. Share links as you please. Do not copy the games, text or design to another site, overload the server with automated requests, or tamper with the advertising.

Between players

The games are for fun. The site keeps an informal tally of wins in your browser, which has no value and is not verified. TwoSide takes no part in any wager, forfeit or dispute between players, and we would gently suggest not staking anything you would mind losing on a game of rock, paper, scissors.

Ownership

The programs, text and design on TwoSide are our own work and are protected by copyright. Many of the games are traditional and free for anyone to implement. Our rights are in this implementation and these words.

Adverts and links

Adverts come from third parties and are not endorsements. Other sites have their own terms.

Copyright complaints

To report an infringement, email hello@example.com with the page address, a description of the work, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or act for the owner. We will remove material shown to infringe.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Games may contain faults, and the site may be unavailable at times. Names and tallies are stored in your browser and may be lost. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may change the games or these terms. The version here is the one that applies. See also the privacy page.
